TERMS OF SALE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern sales of products made on the airsoft-companion.com website, operated by Airsoft Companion (trading as Airsoft Companion), a company registered in the Estonian business registry under number 17301579, EU VAT EE102893461, whose registered office is at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia.

Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs by the customer.

The products offered for sale are accessories and merchandise items related to airsoft (apparel, equipment, goodies, accessories). Airsoft Companion does not operate a dropshipping business: products are sold and shipped by Airsoft Companion.

Product photographs and descriptions are as faithful as possible, but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the product received (possible variations in colours, finishes, etc.).

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. VAT applied is Estonian VAT, or the VAT of the destination country in accordance with the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme when applicable.

Airsoft Companion reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in force at the time the order is validated.

The customer places an order via the website, after creating an account or as a guest where offered. A confirmation email is sent after payment validation.

Airsoft Companion reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a payment problem, suspected fraud, previous dispute or out-of-stock situation.

Payment is made online by credit card or any other payment method offered on the site via Stripe. Transactions are secure and encrypted. No banking data is stored on our servers.

Products are delivered to the address indicated when ordering, in the European Union countries served. Delivery times are given as an indication (generally 3 to 10 working days in Europe depending on destination).

Airsoft Companion cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or to a force majeure event.

Delivery fees are calculated based on weight, volume and destination, and clearly indicated before the order is validated.

In accordance with European directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Return shipping is free of charge: Airsoft Companion covers the cost. Contact us before sending anything and we will give you the free return procedure. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, unused and complete. The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of shipment.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at: contact@airsoft-companion.com, providing your order number.

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with consumer law applicable in the European Union.

In the event of a non-conformity, the customer may request repair or replacement of the product, or failing that, a refund. Contact us at: contact@airsoft-companion.com

Airsoft Companion declines all responsibility in case of inappropriate use of the products. Items sold are intended for recreational airsoft use. The user is solely responsible for complying with the local regulations in force regarding the practice of airsoft, equipment carrying and the required age in their country.

Personal data collected when ordering is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

In case of a dispute, the customer may attempt an amicable resolution by contacting: contact@airsoft-companion.com

Failing an amicable agreement, the consumer customer may use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

These T&Cs are governed by Estonian law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence. Failing amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the registered office of Airsoft Companion (Tallinn, Estonia).
